For over 25 years a particular client has asked us to provide interior design consulting and services. She contacted us to provide an update to a guest bedroom, and we met with her in February 2018.
Upon inspection, we were pleased to see that the wallpaper is in excellent shape. Since this client still loved it in the guest bedroom, we wanted to work with it in mind. However, the bed and bedding made the room look dated. So a new bed in a verdigris blue finish was sourced, and we opted to introduce a lovely white bedding to the mix.
Our suggestion was to custom make a bed coverlet and sourced a quilted design featuring an hourglass pattern, which ideally brought the eye to the fabric.
The gathered dust ruffle selected was another beautiful tone on tone pattern that ideally complemented the coverlet.
The beautiful window treatments here were in great condition as well.
